ARTISTS

Artists are an essential component to creating a diverse, lively, progressive program. CSArt Colorado is committed to enlisting a group of creative individuals who embrace the spirit and philosophy of the program. CSArt Colorado is seeking 18 emerging and established Colorado-based artists who will contribute their time, creativity, commitment, and artistic expertise to the CSArt Colorado members and organizers throughout 2013. Artists will be selected from applications generated through a statewide open call posted on CallforEntry.org.

Jurors will select a diverse, outgoing group of artists based on their artistic excellence and their ability to execute the number of works required. Each artist will receive an honorarium in the amount of $850 to support the production of 59 original works of art – 50 works for the shareholders and an additional work for each participating artist.
